Alice Weidel of AfD Says Hitler was a Communist

Interesting comments from AfD leader Weidel about Adolf Hitler's hyper-socialist inclinations

Aliece Weidel, the leader of Germany’s AfD nationalist party, recently did a space with Elon Musk in which she said Hitler was a communist.

I happen to mostly agree with that analysis.

This will tick off the NatSocs, but it's very clear that their ideology was a rip-off/variation of Marxism that merely added an ethnic in-group preference element to the class warfare. Traditional Marxists framed their struggle as the bourgeoisie vs the proletariat and the NatSocs merely tweaked that to the "Jewish bourgeoisie" vs the "German proletariat". German workers vs Jewish business owners. But this was an oversimplification because there were obviously also middle class German Jews who were employees working for German-owned businesses and the state.

Marxists today advocate for affirmative action to levelize outcomes between non-Whites and Whites; they want to pull Whites down to bring non-Whites up. The NatSocs did affirmative action to knock Jews down a peg and replace them with German non-Jews. Hitler thought Jews were outcompeting Germans in the marketplace/workforce so he used the government to put his favoured group in those spots. It was an internal Caucasian version of affirmative action since Ashkenazis are, by any reasonable standard, also White.

I think there is cause to restrict, for example, dual citizens of Israel from access to the government because they are potential traitors. People with loyalties to foreign states should not be able to enter our governments, Jewish Zionists included. Foreign lobbies like AIPAC should be prohibited, along with all other foreign lobbies. Israel should do its own bidding and stop relying on other states to be its guard dog.

But that's not the same thing as what Hitler did, which was to remove all Jews from every serious profession because they were supposedly outcompeting Germans (this included doctors, lawyers, teachers, etc.). Ironically, that contradicted Hitler's own claim of Germanic superiority over Jews. If Jews were inferior, how could they outcompete Germans for jobs in these top fields? Hitler also declared Slavs inferior, but when the Russians began beating the Germans on the battlefield, Hitler conceded that the "superior eastern nation" had beat his people and they therefore "deserved to perish".
